I live in San Diego where the humidity is consistently at least 75%. This isn't the east coast. but quite wet. My complex doesn't have air conditioning, which is tolerable on normal days, but in the summer, with temperatures in the 80s or so, it's awful to sleep outside even with a fan. I wake up sweaty every night from keeping the window open when it gets cold, but that moisture is just sticky. In any case, this conditioner has miraculously changed my life. Now I sleep like the dead all night. My bedroom is smaller but it works amazingly and I was able to close the window perfectly even though it opens vertically instead of horizontally. Not to mention it's a single window and my room is still freezing. I love it. I personally haven't used the app or the remote because I go to school online so I'm always here. Buy this product!
