Works well. Drains pain

Excellent product and works well. What they don't tell you is that it needs to be drained, which is very cumbersome. It's not easy to deflate and if I had known that I might not have bought this guy but it does the job.

I received two defective units - they are not new

The first unit I received came in a used box that fell apart and was reassembled with tape. It was not shipped with bottom packaging. I realized the unit was damaged when water was leaking everywhere. He was also badly scratched. The exchange lasted a month. When I finally did, the packaging looked much better and the device looked great, so I was excited. Turned on, the display didn't work and it kept beeping. He never turned on. I contacted tech support and they said it was an internal issue.

The box was missing the bottom of the shipping box and was held together with plastic ties!

Internal parts were broken and the unit was NOT working, sounded like an agricultural threshing machine! I believe they sent me a refurbished unit, at least a broken one, and NOT A NEW AC UNIT! "I believe they sent me a faulty machine, the box was opened and resealed with 2 plastic wraps, the bottom of the box was missing and never replaced, and 2 plastic ties were supposed to hold a piece weighing about 50#. Cardboard replacing the BOTTOM of the CONTAINER to hold the box together! FOR…

Best Buy All Year

I live in San Diego where the humidity is consistently at least 75%. This isn't the east coast. but quite wet. My complex doesn't have air conditioning, which is tolerable on normal days, but in the summer, with temperatures in the 80s or so, it's awful to sleep outside even with a fan. I wake up sweaty every night from keeping the window open when it gets cold, but that moisture is just sticky. In any case, this conditioner has miraculously changed my life. Now I sleep like the dead all night.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME PRODUCT AND PRICE

7/2021 - 2nd Summer. HOT and the A/C still works like new. Read my previous updates below for the REQUIRED MAINTENANCE INFORMATION. Nevertheless 5 stars! 11/25/20 Edit: Even though I still use the fan on the machine and it runs almost 24/7, this product still works like a charm - 8 months later.
