I received two defective units - they are not new

The first unit I received came in a used box that fell apart and was reassembled with tape. It was not shipped with bottom packaging. I realized the unit was damaged when water was leaking everywhere. He was also badly scratched. The exchange lasted a month. When I finally did, the packaging looked much better and the device looked great, so I was excited. Turned on, the display didn't work and it kept beeping. He never turned on. I contacted tech support and they said it was an internal issue. Good luck everyone but I finally got a full refund. I don't think they send people new units.
