The box was missing the bottom of the shipping box and was held together with plastic ties!

Internal parts were broken and the unit was NOT working, sounded like an agricultural threshing machine! I believe they sent me a refurbished unit, at least a broken one, and NOT A NEW AC UNIT! "I believe they sent me a faulty machine, the box was opened and resealed with 2 plastic wraps, the bottom of the box was missing and never replaced, and 2 plastic ties were supposed to hold a piece weighing about 50#. Cardboard replacing the BOTTOM of the CONTAINER to hold the box together! FOR DELIVERY! AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS "OUTSTANDING" IN RESOLVING THIS CONFUSION AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR CURIOSITY AND PROFESSIONALISM! Don Clark, head tail!
