Fixed frequency remote
Good light/remote combo when you don't want to control two or more lights independently. (which are < 80 feet apart) I bought 2 lights for 2 different locations thinking that each remote would control each light independently when needed. Each remote control has a range of 80 feet. So when I try to turn on one light, both lights come on. This works great if you want all the lights to "pair" with a single remote control. Unfortunately, if the locations where you want to place the different lights are more than 80 feet apart, both remotes will control both light sources. I was hoping the remote would be able to tune to a different frequency so each light could be controlled independently.
