My 8 year old daughter loves her so much we went back and bought all the colours. She calls them her "soft shirts". She wears them under other shirts because she likes the way they feel and she wears them to sleep too. They get a lot of static electricity in the dryer and come out like they're stuck together. They are very elastic. They fit my skinny 8 year old daughter but I was able to wear them with my full figure as well. Please note that when fully stretched they will show through a bit but for my 8 year old girl they are opaque enough to wear on her own if she wants to when it gets warmer. I liked the length, it has enough extra length for them to grow with them if they last this long. We also bought leggings from this brand and in the same size but they are a little loose on her.
