Christmas present for my wife and she loved them. They sent the wrong size but responded to my email very quickly and sent the correct size in about two days! They also emailed a return label and were very polite about the error. I took the return in the mail and my wife was no wiser. I can't say enough about how quickly PajamaGram took responsibility and fixed the issue during a busy shopping time. Yes, it was a bit frustrating to deal with, but anything can happen. The quality and size of the PajamaGrams pajamas - 5 stars. Two days after ordering this set, I ordered a second pair of Sherpa-lined pajamas, which she also loves.
