Really cool product and technology. It feels heavy or bulky when you pick it up, but the surprisingly good suction holds it up well and the secure suction feels solid. Decent cleaning range and I like its square shape that it doesn't seem like it has to "walk" side to side like some other products - for some reason I think it cleans better that way. If you've never heard of this brand, don't let that alarm you. I also have one of their vacuums and while customer support is via app or email it is quick and efficient and they support the products. Is it as good as Windex, lots of elbow grease, and some good quality paper towels? Maybe not that far yet. But is it a safe, easy, and effective way to clean hard-to-reach spots or large areas, or for those who just don't want to physically clean all the time? Absolutely
