The main body fits well and the instep pads stay in the cup holder with ease. The issues I'm having are with the extension cord and the phone mount. * The extension is only an inch or two, too short for cup holders next to the dashboard in small cars. * The turnbuckle holding the phone mount should probably be metal. instead of plastic. I won't try hard enough to hold the phone. My phone is in a protective case which makes it heavier. I don't think customers need to remove protective covers to use your product effectively. Overall this works for what I need, but it could be better. Many Thanks
