Firstly, the quality of this bag is very good for the price. The size is as described and fits my 11" iPad Pro with Folio Case perfectly. Comfortable strap and the shoulder bag style is comfortable and practical for a bag of this size. The reason for my 3 star rating. Firstly, the lack of one second zip puller in the main compartment (or one of the zip openings) The zip pullers seem to be of really good quality and have metal pulls and pulls, but the lack of a second zip means that when the bag is closed the zip puller is always a certain size Big advantages of a shoulder bag is the quick deployment when it rotates to the front of the body and the shoulder strap is left / right.interchangeable, lightning fast, of course not just with a slider.It may seem like a small thing, but it was a bit difficult for me to put up with it.The second point is that the swivel on the shoulder strap is made of plastic with a latch. The shoulder strap should probably be one of the strongest parts of the bag, and this bag has a quality strap but weak articulation. It popped out a couple of times (the strap came completely off) which almost caused me to drop the bag - luckily on both occasions I caught it before it hit the ground. The pivot fitting snapped back into place and seemed as solid as ever, but I can't trust it anymore. That might be fine for the occasional visit to the store, but I need to find a replacement I can trust with a bit more versatility and thoughtful zippers and strap pivots.
