Be careful not to purchase this frame based on the size listed. My first Persol frame was also 50x145x19 and it fit very well. I ordered these based on what I understood from my previous Persol frame as high quality and proper fit were not an issue. I ordered the frame and sent it directly to the lens manufacturer to have my RX fitted. HUGE MISTAKE. This frame is small, more for woman or child. Waste of money for me in every way. Totally my fault and I will not buy Persol again. Lesson learned the hard way.
