Wax does NOT hold the smell of oils well. I used half a bottle of expensive scented oil and the candle has almost no scent. Otherwise you have to be careful with the wick. Once it's attached to the bottom zip it in place BEFORE pouring the wax, if it's not attached pull the wick up and you'll be left with a ton of wax. The jars are too hot to hold when the wax soaks in. It's decent for the most part, but the quality of the wax isn't great as you can barely smell the oil.
