I've used them several times. My feet don't start to peel after about a week and will continue to peel for up to 2 weeks. Follow the instructions and it works great! One thing I disagree with in the guide is that you are not supposed to moisturize your feet during the exfoliation process, which can take 2-3 weeks. It's been scientifically proven that hydrated skin flakes faster, so moisturize your feet every day to speed up flaking. Soaking before peeling and daily soaking is also important! It says to soak your feet every day for the next 10 days. I just take a bath instead of a shower. If you must shower, do so at least 10 minutes in advance. The picture shows about 7 days after the scrub and after a 15 minute bath.
