Worked quickly! I would say I noticed a difference in my teeth in 3 days. It's very easy to use. Simply brush and floss your teeth, dry with a tissue and apply. All you have to do is keep your mouth open for 30 seconds and then you can relax. It doesn't taste very good either. I love her!
