Excellent thermometer that does not require contact. I bought it to utilize in my own home with my family. We've been putting it to use for the better part of a year at this point. The fact that it can measure rapidly is incredibly helpful, particularly when one is adjusting a child's diaper. When the temperature is particularly high, a sound will be produced. The inaccuracy is within the range that is specified in the instructions. Measures accurately.
