I use this product every day! The reversible feature makes this product unique, although it is not recommended to tighten oil filters with this product as over tightening could damage the filter and/or your vehicle. The distinguishing feature of this product is its ability to accommodate many filters of different sizes. This is my favorite oil filter removal tool for a professional dealer. Other professionals borrow this tool from me on a daily basis because it removes oil filters quickly and easily. TIP: Use a light oil like WD40 before first use as the tool will need to be 'run in'. Initially, the gears run out of true, but with a little lubrication they run great.
