I bought this chair because I needed a good but not insanely expensive office chair to work from home due to the coronavirus lockdown. The chair arrived very well packaged. At the moment it looks very well made, the stitching and plastic parts seem to be of good quality. All metal parts are also well made. All assembly components fit easily and smoothly. I'm not giving it 5 stars just because it seems a bit difficult. The chair's raising/lowering and backrest mechanisms are stiff and don't move easily, and the casters also seem quite stiff and don't move or slide easily. Maybe it's some kind of slump and they'll loosen up in a few weeks. But overall this is a great chair and GREAT QUALITY. The chair looks great, has good ergonomics with amazingly positionable armrests, is very comfortable and looks well made. . I may revisit the chair later to comment on durability. Excellent purchase.
