I was looking for a foam mattress topper that is neither too thin nor too thick. This one seemed perfect with an extra pillow. I received it within 48 hours of purchase. I followed the directions by placing it on my mattress to allow it to expand. The smell of the foam wasn't too bad, it diminished throughout the day and is gone now. Feelings are very pleasant! It immediately improved my sleep. I feel better physically in the morning and I also don't wake up when my arm or leg falls asleep, so pressure points are reduced and my body stays in good geometry. I've slept on thicker foam toppers before, but this 2 inch mattress seems perfect for an average weight person.
