I ordered a second set and found that the rod attached to the cutting fork was slightly bent, causing the tool to push a bit out of the side of the leather strip. Still obviously very sharp, but this set is going in the trash. First Review: I have to admit that the asking price for these tools seemed outrageous when in fact their value is such that I wanted to make sure the manufacturer was credited for making such an accurate and useful product. About five years ago my partner and I started a new leather clothing accessories business and bought most of our tools from Tandy. They're a great company behind their products, but they've recently released a professional line of beveling machines that cost over $20 each. Yes, they were fairly sharp, but the metal they chose tended to flex on the fork, rendering them ineffective for their intended purpose. I have returned two of these machines for exchange and both have done the same for me. This set of angle cutters is a pleasure to use, they are so sharp that the lightest pressure results in a very clean cut. My only feedback for improving this product is that the cutting width should be stamped on the tool as a number as currently used in the industry ie 2, 3 etc. Yes the order has been a while but the wait is over worth it. Thank you!
