Review on Enhance Engine Efficiency with Denso 234-4077 Oxygen Sensor by Bill Lacy

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Replacing oxygen sensors is not a problem, it is a simple procedure.

I have no problem changing the oxygen sensors, it's a simple procedure that only requires a couple of ramps to raise the car (can also be done with jacks and stands); They were pretty affordable so removing them wasn't a problem. The plug connections were a bit difficult to loosen, one of them was held by a plastic pin on the side of the gearbox and could be squeezed vigorously by hand. to remove it. I made sure I secured the cables and connectors in one place. They are tight, these cables run very close to the exhaust pipes. If you must use plastic zip ties, make sure you use thick ones, I've had issues with very thin zip ties loosening when heated. If you have a high mileage on your truck or SUV and one of the oxygen sensors is failing, I recommend replacing them all. It's only a matter of time before you need to replace the others. The Denso sensor comes with the correct connectors and the filaments were in good condition
