I'm 5'6" and about 150 lbs. I absolutely love this outfit. It's super soft and stretchy. I usually wear the little one in overalls, just so he doesn't have that weird gap in the back and sits comfortably. If you are looking for something skin tight definitely go down as the material is stretchy enough but if not order your normal size. It also doesn't have that awkward crotch split and isn't too tight to wear with a camel toe.
