The collar is nice and stiff so it doesn't roll up

I bought an official bow tie for my cat. It should be regulated, but it isn't. The velcro is under the fly, so it is not possible to adjust it without removing the fly. Also, it's really really cute. The collar is nice and stiff so the fabric doesn't roll or fold. It's not big enough to annoy a cat, but slightly larger than regular fly collars. It's very similar to the atmosphere of a 70's waiter. Delicious! My cat is a large breed, around 20 pounds, and the collar is loose enough to rotate but not loose enough to slip off the head.
