It's either crap or it's junk

The first 30 days seemed to be going well. Realize that the live traffic detection accuracy is very, very low. I just received a refund for the maintenance work. The technician accidentally used live fibers, which he identified as non-living. I'm hoping to hear from the company about the exchange as 30 days wasn't enough to spot the problem.
