I was very happy with these shoes. I liked the look but they were so uncomfortable I had to send them back. The material above the shoe (where the lace eyelets are) was too thin so there was no cushioning between that strap of material and my foot which left red stains when I wore them around the house. Maybe it was a sacrifice to keep the shoe light, or maybe a defect, but here the shoe needs either a softer or thicker material. This made them feel very cheap, which of course they aren't.
