This set has served me well, I went to 00g with this set of tiny piercing holes. However, the cones have small sharp bits next to the black rings that can be very painful when stretched. I took some sandpaper and sanded them, but only after I'd already tried stretching them. Oh! The tunnels are nice but get very smelly very quickly. Just remember to clean them often and moisturize/nourish your holes! I know a lot of people don't recommend these kits, I think that criticism is valid; However, I enjoyed using them and am grateful for the experience.
