Review on OIITH Certified Charging Compatible IPhone12 by James Julien

I only bought this charging cable at the end of September 2020. I only used it mid October 2020 and it is now mid November 2020 and 2 out of 3 chargers are not working. They also do not overuse chargers. I plugged them into the same outlet to charge and didn't move. I even keep one of these animals on top of the charger so there isn't a short circuit. and it still broke after a month. I wish I could give 0 stars because everywhere it says there is great customer service, but I don't see this '24*7' number anywhere to call for help. I can't even find the company name on google. I really hope they send us new chargers because maybe it was just a bad batch as the first set of chargers we got from them in December 2019 lasted a whole year moving, moving and bagging was stuffed. I was very impressed with the first set and that's why I repurchased them this time thinking they would be just as strong as before. I was very wrong. I hope that someone from your team will contact you and resolve this issue. If so, I will update this review. If not, I wanted people to be aware of the issues with these chargers.
