This is a must for me!
windows setup instructions were on the brink of uselessness and the brother's response was an echo of what was in the instructions pack. Microsoft Customer Support provided me with the information I needed for Windows 10 Pro-64 and now everything is in full swing. A great addition is that I have to use different colors of paper for what I ship.
