Review on π Bbox E12S Pro-Series 12β Subwoofer Enclosure - Single Sealed/Wedge Shape by Mike Rice
Requires some modifications to use
Good MDF and carpet, good construction. BUT. Not sealed. I had to cut a hole for my woofer (Alumapro Alchemy RX) so there was some dust inside. When I checked the fit and pressed the cone, dust was coming out of the corners and I could hear air rushing through the speaker terminals. I sealed the corners and replaced the speaker terminal. It's fine now, but I didn't have to do those things to seal it.
- Note. Sound quality depends on the subwoofer being placed in an enclosure with the correct airspace specified by the subwoofer manufacturer.
