I bought this to house the GF Rad Rover (big tire e-bike) and my regular hybrid. The wheels have very fat tires and are quite heavy, while my hybrid has skinny tires. This luggage rack is perfect for the bed of my pickup truck as well as the bed of my RV. It handles the weight and tire width of the bike well. I lost one of the top hooks holding the crossbars and thought I screwed it up. I contacted the seller who worked with the factory to get me a replacement. Both were great and I was able to get replacements fairly quickly for a very reasonable price. I am very satisfied with both and will definitely use them again.
