After i put it to the test on several outdoor runs I CAN confidently say that these shoes are not worth buying .While they offer some decent support and stability, they lack any real cushioning and left my feet feeling sore and tired. Plus, the sizing is way off - I had to return my first pair and even the second one felt too snug. Save your money and invest in a better pair of running shoes for your Sports and Outdoors activities..
