The tailors were disgustingly old, rusty, dirty!
One star because the wire cutters were old, DIRTY, rusty and just a gross plan! It literally has dirt between them and all over the cutter. Normally when it gets a bit dirty I would clean it up and be done with it. But the pair I received were so old and blackened that I was able to clean them and even cut the wire.
