Nice phone. However, I had a problem with the Bluetooth connection. I also had an issue sending and receiving basic emojis. The online support is not very helpful as it is a 3rd party - I would have to wait for the service. I'll just reset my settings and come back. I will order another device. Hopefully Samaung will release an update soon. Also, this device didn't come with a Samsung charger - it came with a third-party white cable and black proprietary base. It also doesn't have a key to open the SIM card holder. I had to use an earring. Update: The seller sent a replacement device, but it was locked on Verizon, so unusable. Spoke to Revain and I was waiting for a refund to get a replacement and I was stuck waiting. Do yourself a favor and order a new one elsewhere.
