Inner tube without thread for cup holder shaft.
description says it fits 5/16" mount. The cup holder threaded rod is sized 5/16". The inner tube is unthreaded for the cup holder stem. Son bought a cup holder at a flea market not knowing my steering wheel is an aftermarket 14" monkey with 1 1/4" pipe. Alas. There's no joy.
