Review on American Crew High Hold Styling Gel by Traci Westhoff

So I've had this bottle for over 2 years and it still won't run out lol. That's a lot for a value I have to acknowledge. Hooooweverrrr - holding power is pretty much bullshit. It does not withstand wind, activity or large movements. And length of time is the enemy. I have wavy, thick hair and need to apply a handful of gel to get the look and hold I want. Then after about 4-6 hours I have to repeat it because it wears off. After using it for 2 years and being stingy not to pay for another gel as I have half a bottle left, I finally hit the mark and bought a type 1 balm. This thing works like magic, literally a quarter sized balm in the palm of my hand. So if you have thick hair I wouldn't recommend this for a strong hold.
