Review on Tatvam by Tyler Parker

The best part was it's ability for us as an agency/company owner or manager to see everything we were doing wrong in our business from day one! It also gave me insight into my team members' strengths & weaknesses which helped tremendously with hiring decisions going forward - I wish there had been more features available at launch but now have no complaints other than maybe being able to search by location? We needed something like this when starting up so not only could employees easily give honest opinions without fear of repercussion but managers / owners can too if need be!!
