The product really works like a charm. After enlightening myself and following all the instructions. I watched a YouTube video on how to replace the gasket. I hung it on the door and then ignored the part about heating it up with a hair dryer. The door didn't close at all. I gave up and told my wife to call a mechanic and have it replaced. total defeat. Luckily she called a man who was busy and honest. He explained how to heat the seal with a hair dryer and then tape the door tightly shut for five days. I literally saw the gasket take the right shape as I heated it. Then I closed the door and leaned against it while I taped it shut. Leave it for five days. Removed the tape. Now it's like having a brand new freezer. We suggest you check the model number carefully before ordering. Much luck!
