It's both the best and the cheapest: the only knife sharpener you need.
I have several knife sharpeners. Apex (diamond), Lansky (diamond), Chef's Choice and some single diamonds. They're all more expensive, much slower, and more difficult to use than these little things. I generally have around $400-500 for knife sharpening systems. Accusharp is in no way inferior to any of them. I wish I could start with this tool, it's excellent on all levels. Easily outperforms all others in ease of use and speed to get a very sharp edge.
