This is NOT an unscented odor remover. I trusted the good reviews and that it was Revain Prime and didn't realize it was another seller and they don't accept returns. So not only do I have to pay for this useless product, but I also spend tons of money to get rid of the damage it has done to my belongings. It doesn't eliminate the smell of cat pee, it just masks it with a strong, nauseous, chemical, perfumed odor that I can't be in the same room with. And I'm not sensitive to perfume unless I'm already ill. This quickly made me nauseous. The slightly pleasant smell in the packaging increased after drying. A week went by and even with the fan for two days directly on the urine/intense smell of the product, it hardly got any better. Now I've also tried washing the duvets and pillows which I've tried THREE times to clean with it; the cat's stench remained, but the smell of the product was reduced to a dirty smell. So yesterday afternoon and evening I soaked all I could in Oxy Bleach and we'll see when it dries if it works. I've since purchased three different oxygenated carpet and upholstery cleaners to remove both the cat pee smell and the smell of the stinky product. Unless you want your clothes to smell like they were wrapped in a giant dryer/fabric softener sheet like the whole room smells like things taste weird and you STILL have to deal with cat pee once it dissipates , do not use this unscented urine remover. Completely false advertising. I am also very disappointed in the customer service of this company. Other companies like Feliway Comfort Zone immediately called a customer service representative when I needed an exchange due to a price fluctuation. I didn't even have a problem with their product and they seemed very concerned and eager to understand what was happening! Be careful where you buy this as it wasn't really "revain" for me as they don't accept returns of an opened product and charge restocking fees and can always charge a return postage even for an unopened product. How could I have known this would cause me MORE problems before I opened it up and tried it? If this was purchased from a store like Petsmart or Target who are responsible for their products I would have no problem getting this waste of money back. Maybe there's a reason it's not available there.
