Совсем не помогает в витаминах, минералах и добавках

Я купил это, потому что комментарии казались такими обнадеживающими и положительными, но теперь, когда он прибыл, и я попробовал его, я должен сказать, что это not so. Don't give me any of the sedative/calming effects that people have been talking about. I just took two more pills thinking today would be better but unfortunately not. I feel nauseous and have a slight headache. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone as it doesn't help in any way. Please don't waste your money.
