I was very let down by the FOXAS Online Store.

My most recent purchase from the FOXAS online store consisted of things for the kitchen and dining area; however, my overall experience was not at all satisfactory. To begin, the website was both slow and difficult to traverse, which made it challenging for me to locate the information I required. When I did eventually get around to placing my order, I was informed that the shipping time would be significantly longer than I had anticipated. To make matters even worse, when the package did eventually arrive, the contents were not at all what was advertised and were of a substandard quality. The dinnerware set had chips and scratches all over it, and the kitchen tools were made of cheap plastic and broke readily. I was extremely let down, particularly given the fact that I had held such high expectations for an online store that specializes in products for the house and the kitchen. When I attempted to contact customer service, I was met with responses that were not helpful and I had to wait a long time. This made the situation even more frustrating. It was abundantly obvious that FOXAS did not place a priority on the happiness of its customers. In general, the FOXAS internet store is not somewhere I would suggest shopping at to anyone. A frustrating and disheartening purchasing experience is the result of the low quality of their products, the lengthy shipping times, and the unhelpful customer service representatives.
