Very good size and modest for a fire alarm. I bought these as alarm clocks to replace my alarm clocks. And boy do they work. The cat runs over the hills. Unfortunately, he is a house cat without a hill. Turn them on/off by time/day/calendar by installing Smart Connectors. Boy you can't ignore her even for a moment. They work great. The only reason I give them a "yes" instead of a "five" is because they are "loud". A lot of air whistles around them. Although it might be unfair, they make the kind of noises they make when they're hitting air. They're certainly no digital beep-beep, far from the imagination. Very good for what they do. Ok, maybe five stars.
