Works well, much better than the plastic version it replaced. If you don't know the difference between white and plastic white understand the difference the white version is all metal which means the bezel as well as the bezel is all metal which is a different way the white plastic is cheap plastic that breaks easily over time they both fit in the same housings and look the same Once installed but the frame attachment is different See attached photos.
