I confirm these pins are really stubborn. Very very stubborn. By the way, they are very comfortable. I always wear gloves when riding, but I actually still wear gloves on these, but don't let that detract from the fact that these grips are very comfortable. Installation time is about the same as it would take me to write this review if you have any knowledge of bike maintenance. I have them on my mountain bike but they look very attractive on any style of bike. Definitely recommended.
