I was so excited about this product! I never give bad product reviews, but this time I have to. Everything worked for a month. Light, fan and bluetooth, since then bluetooth has been dead! I tried to contact the seller to no avail! Revane tried to help and again nothing. The back of the remote control falls off, nothing is broken, just the latch doesn't hold. Better get a fan from a seller who will actually answer you if you have any questions or concerns. So my advice: read product reviews as well as seller ratings. It's not worth the price and hassle. The installation was very complicated, lots of small details and it was confusing. Don't settle for failure with this product!
