DOES NOT WORK AS EXPLAINED.
The rubber insert was too small for the electronics of the original key fob. Instead of sending it back I used an old insert (which had erased all the writing and the reason I placed the order) in a case. The new case was much more fragile and easily damaged when installing or opening and closing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR THE HUMMER H3.
