Velcro is great and stays in place

Ladies! If you need a massive dump truck, then this product is for you. As far as I know, band/blood restriction training increases strength and muscle mass without forcing you to lift excessively heavy weights. I've been told countless times that lifting weights will help my glutes be where they need to be, but these bands really helped with that. I wouldn't say there is any harm in using these bands, but be aware of how tight you are putting them on. Too tight is probably bad for you because it restricts blood flow too much. In addition, the strap material is very soft and stretchy, so it is not too tight or too loose during exercise. You can also customize it with adjustable straps which is great for my girls with bigger hips. The design is very elegant and clean. I'm definitely seeing some results and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the glute enlargement market.
