Great Product: Team Sports

My wife bought these and they definitely helped. She says they stay in place and we've both noticed improvements. I have bought several straps from this brand and both straps are of excellent material.

Too thin and stretchy

Advantages: Metal loop velcro on one side only and attaches anywhere on the back of the strap (which has a rough surface). Velcro seems non-destructive (doesn't tear). integrity of the band where it is attached) Disadvantages: The material is too thin The material is too elastic Therefore it cannot be used properly as a BFR band

Velcro is great and stays in place

Ladies! If you need a massive dump truck, then this product is for you. As far as I know, band/blood restriction training increases strength and muscle mass without forcing you to lift excessively heavy weights. I've been told countless times that lifting weights will help my glutes be where they need to be, but these bands really helped with that. I wouldn't say there is any harm in using these bands, but be aware of how tight you are putting them on. Too tight is probably bad for you because…
