2nd update: I've been using these lamps for a few weeks now. These are the best and brightest lights I have ever seen outside. They emit a very bright white light that provides plenty of light in the garden. On one side of the house I have an old lightbulb next to a new one. What a huge difference from new - super bright. Highly recommend this product and company. Update: The company is sending me a new bulb to replace the one that no longer works. Excellent customer service! A lightbulb only lasted one night! The next night he was dead. Another one works so far, but 50% success rate for two bulbs isn't very good. Suggest you look for another brand.
