This is the second Ender 5 I've bought from Amazon in the last 6 months. The first one didn't work out of the box. This was from Comgrow, they suck, it took me almost 2 weeks to get an answer. They emailed me after I sent it back. Thought it would be better to buy from another seller. This came from MKK. All together it worked well for about 1 1/2 weeks and then not so well. Doesn't read SD card. It does not connect to my PC. The printhead hits the front guide. BL Touch keeps flashing red. During printing, the platform is lowered. The last time I tried to print it lifted the platform into the print head and ruined the glass platen. MKK contacted me. They told me to keep inserting and removing the SD card. And do the same with the cable that goes to my PC. REALLY it's a $600 machine what the heck am I supposed to do if I want to print. Bad thing. I sent them my phone number. That they don't want to talk to anyone? As MKK progresses they may be able to help me fix this in maybe a year.
