THE MOST DECENT MACHINE

This is the second Ender 5 I've bought from Amazon in the last 6 months. The first one didn't work out of the box. This was from Comgrow, they suck, it took me almost 2 weeks to get an answer. They emailed me after I sent it back. Thought it would be better to buy from another seller. This came from MKK. All together it worked well for about 1 1/2 weeks and then not so well. Doesn't read SD card. It does not connect to my PC. The printhead hits the front guide. BL Touch keeps flashing red…

The filament got caught during the 2nd print and then got loose, so the blockage cannot be cleared.

I was really excited to put this together and print it and everything went almost perfectly for the first calibration print. Then I tried to do a second print and after about 10-15 minutes the printer just stopped pushing out the filament. Apparently, buying a new product means getting a used product

First of all the box I received this in appeared to have been opened and closed multiple times with several layers of tape cut and sealed at the top. Several parts of the structure were slightly damaged and scratched. in this package, but not so much that it causes problems.
